FEBRUARY 20TH- 3rd Annual Triumphant Blending Dinner
CBC will host our 3rd Annual Triumphant Blending Dinner on February 20th at the Cameron Park Country Club. This fun event seats 8 guests at each table with samples of each of the 5 Bordeaux varieties from the 2008 vintage. These wines are each paired with a small plate course and then there is a pasta dinner before the blending. For the blending, each table can use the wines to create their own version of our Triumphant Bordeaux blend. Event starts at 6:30pm. RSVP only. Cost is $75 per person for all attendees.

- 2008 Petit Verdot Shrimp Scampi with Triple Garlic
- 2008 Cab Franc Cheese and Fruit Kabob with spiced nuts

Cuisine on Carson will return again on Saturday February 27th! This fun and free event showcases the wineries along the Carson Road corridor between Placerville and Camino.
