Step away from your Amazon account and embrace your inner tacky this Saturday at Crystal Basin. 11 to 5pm in Camino and Noon to 6pm-ish at the Crystal Basin Station in Folsom. It’s Back! Gussy up your Festive self and Sport your Bestest Ugly Christmas Sweater at either (or both) of our tasting rooms on Saturday. We’ll make it worth your while with tastings and wine specials that you can’t get from dudes with their own spacecraft. Better yet, make it to Camino and we’ll go out on a Kazoo Caroling run to our neighboring wineries! Finally! You don’t need to know the words – just hum along. Trust me, our neighbors look forward to this festive event each year with what can only be described as Yuletide Glee. Crystal Basin wishes you Good Health and the Best of the Season!

Ah Bubbly! Our sparkling wine offering – CB Bubbly – is less profound than it is fun. Our Bubbly appeals to all levels of wine lovers and serves as a faithful ‘first course’ for our wine tasting efforts at our locations and when we’re out doing roadshows. Just a bit sweet and just a bit crisp, we think that our Bubbly is the perfect accompaniment for light snacks and seafood – along with being the Perfect Base for Mimosas! PS – we recommend Guava juice as the best way to make Mimosas and salute our beloved Uncle Bob!

Come in whenever we’re open to enjoy a tasting that begins with our December Wine of the Month : CB Bubbly.

Crystal Basin is Pleased to Announce our November’s subject for Wine University – Merlot!

Crystal Basin is All About the education element of wine. Believe us, there is Always more to know abou the subject! Our Wine University program is a sit-down 90 minute tasting and presentation by our very own (and uber-wine-geeky) Mike Owen. Each class focuses on a varietal or a region or a wine family that is accompanied by wines paired with small bites to enhance the learning experience. Wine University classes are $25 for club members and come with some Serious Deals for students and alumni! Wine University classes are held on Sundays from November to May in the Barrel Room in Camino.

Celebrate Battleborn Culture with a trip over to visit the wineries along Carson Road off Highway 50.

We’ll be hosting folks in the barrel room to sample our 2021 vintage before it’s bottled.

Veggie Truck

Veggie Truck

We’ll have a Veggie Truck at our Camino location this October 15th and 16th.

Uncle Bob, one of our founders was a most colorful and talented guy. His daughter Ilisa and her family carry on with that tradition by leveraging their Green Thumbs to grow mounds of Red Tomatoes along with some tasty peppers and some sizeable zucchinis.

They have teamed up with the winery to get this veggie bounty to the CBC customer base.

Visit the last Tomato Truck weekend on October 15th and 16th and take home a bag of garden goodness.

Better yet, leave a small donation to the El Dorado Food Bank and CBC will match it a the end of October!
